These compounded semaglutide tablets are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of FDA-approved semaglutide drugs. Their absorption, effectiveness, safety and dosing have not been established as equivalent to FDA-approved oral semaglutide products. Strength selection and any dose changes require individualized provider review; not every patient advances to a higher strength.
Subscription & Cancellation Terms
No minimum commitment or cancellation fee for the listed PT-141, sermorelin and tablet tier subscriptions.
All subscription cancellations require at least 7 full calendar days' notice before the next scheduled recurring payment or prescription renewal processing date, whichever occurs first.
Recurring payments and prescription renewals may begin processing before the renewal date. This advance notice allows our office adequate time to stop automatic billing, coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy when applicable, and prevent unnecessary prescription renewals or shipments.
Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 days before the next scheduled renewal may not take effect until the following billing cycle. Payments already processed and prescriptions already submitted to the pharmacy may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to applicable law and the existing refund policy.
Cancellation stops future renewals after the effective cancellation date. Any existing minimum membership commitment remains subject to its agreed terms.
Patients may discontinue a medication for medical reasons at any time. This administrative cancellation policy does not restrict clinical care or medical decision-making.
