Florida-wide provider-guided evaluation
Peptide Therapy Consultations Throughout Florida
Peptides are chains of amino acids. Some act as signals in the body, but the word "peptide" does not tell you whether a treatment is effective, safe or appropriate. Each medication, formulation and proposed use needs its own evidence and individual clinical review.
Start with the treatment, not a promise
Our select consultation pathways include sermorelin and bremelanotide. Neither a biological mechanism nor a medication's category establishes a benefit for every wellness goal.
Sermorelin
A synthetic peptide that stimulates pituitary growth hormone release. Compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved, and benefits for general adult anti-aging, weight loss, sleep, performance or longevity are not established.

A medication acting on melanocortin receptors involved in desire and arousal. The approved injectable product has a specific indication. Compounded troches are not FDA-approved and cannot be assumed equivalent.

Your provider reviews symptoms, prior diagnoses, medications and relevant laboratory findings. Fatigue, changes in body composition, sleep concerns or exercise recovery questions can have many causes and do not automatically establish an indication for peptide treatment.
Further testing, a live appointment or specialist evaluation may be needed. The provider may determine that a different treatment or no prescription is appropriate. Pricing and any additional costs are explained before authorization.

Clinician-led care
Care starts with a conversation
Ashley Payne, APRN, CNM, C-EFM leads care at Lakeland IV + Wellness, a signature service of Lakeland Birth & Gynecology. Your history, current medications and treatment goals guide the evaluation. A live visit, examination, laboratory testing or specialist care may be needed when telehealth is not sufficient.
Meet Ashley PayneThese compounded formulations are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. Evidence for an approved product does not establish equivalence for a compounded formulation.
