All subscription cancellations require at least 7 full calendar days' notice before the next scheduled recurring payment or prescription renewal processing date, whichever occurs first. Send the office a cancellation request through your Patient Portal, identifying the subscription. Receipt is not confirmation of cancellation. Staff must confirm the effective cancellation date and address billing and any pharmacy renewal. Existing minimum commitments and refund terms still apply. Medication may be discontinued for medical reasons at any time.

No hidden fees. Your listed treatment price includes medication when prescribed, provider evaluation, routine treatment support and standard delivery. If additional testing, expedited shipping or other services are necessary, their costs will be explained before you agree. No additional required membership or enrollment fee is added.

Subscription & Cancellation Terms

All subscription cancellations require at least 7 full calendar days' notice before the next scheduled recurring payment or prescription renewal processing date, whichever occurs first.

Recurring payments and prescription renewals may begin processing before the renewal date. This advance notice allows our office adequate time to stop automatic billing, coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy when applicable, and prevent unnecessary prescription renewals or shipments.

Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 days before the next scheduled renewal may not take effect until the following billing cycle. Payments already processed and prescriptions already submitted to the pharmacy may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, subject to applicable law and the existing refund policy.

Cancellation stops future renewals after the effective cancellation date. Any existing minimum membership commitment remains subject to its agreed terms.

Patients may discontinue a medication for medical reasons at any time. This administrative cancellation policy does not restrict clinical care or medical decision-making.

Request cancellation

Prescription care is for eligible adults and requires individual medical evaluation. Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Additional services or testing, where needed, require separate discussion.
